The Sushi on Jones menu includes their classic 12-Course omakase featuring hirame, albacore, hotate, arctic char and more. From Executive Chef Corwin Kave, Don Wagyu offers a combination of their signature katsu sandos and snacks, including WagNuggets, 6 pieces of wagyu and free range chicken with housemade sauce option. Coming soon: Designed by Beverage Director, Bill Wood, the beverage program will offer sake, beer and wine to enjoy with your meal.
Guests have the options of eating omakase at the counter or dining a la carte in the main room. For those on the move, this dual concept restaurant offers convenient grab-and-go boxes featuring a combination of Nigiri and Maki.
