The Sushi on Jones menu includes their classic 12-Course omakase featuring hirame, albacore, hotate, arctic char and more. Don Wagyu, New York’s first Wagyu focused restaurant, offers a combination of their signature katsu sandos and snacks, including Chicken Katsu, all-natural chicken with yuzu kosho ranch and A5 Curry and A5 Shoyu Ramen. Designed by Beverage Director, Bill Wood, the beverage program will offer sake, beer and wine to enjoy with your meal.
